Apartment Reservations

Please follow these 5 steps to make a guaranteed apartment reservation at Anchorage Point.

1. Call our trained leasing specialist at (602) 995-1916    
Reservations will not be accepted online, so please call our leasing specialist prior to sending in the below information to ensure your reservation is made correctly based on apartment size, type, and move-in date. 

2.  Fill out and submit tenant application with photo ID and proof of income
Please download or print the following Tenant Application and fax or email the completed form to our office at (602) 995-1935, or info@anchoragepoint.com.  Attach your proof of income and a photo copy of a valid photo ID with the tenant application.  Please call our leasing specialist or click here for more information regarding our policy on income requirements.  The online form can be filled in on your computer and emailed back to us.   We charge a non-refundable fee of $19 to run a credit and criminal background check and must have this $19 before we can start the process.

3.  Processing your application
Once we have received your tenant application and proof of income we will process your information and contact you with your approval status, usually within 30 minutes.


4.  $49 Deposit Fee
If approved we require a deposit of $49 to hold your reservation.  We will refund your $49 deposit fee if you cancel within the first 24 hours of booking the reservation.  You may arrive up to 3 days late and we will still hold your reservation and apply the entire $49 to your rent.  However, if you do not arrive on your reservation date or within 3 days thereafter, or do not cancel within the first 24 hours, you will forfeit the $49 deposit.  There are no exceptions to this forfeiture as we have pulled your unit from our apartment inventory to guarantee your unit is ready upon your arrival.  When you move in you will have to make a security deposit which is 100% refundable if your leave your unit clean and undamaged.  However, if you stay less than 3 weeks we will charge you a short-term move-out fee of $29.  This $29 is to cover part of our costs for these one or two week rentals and the re-renting fees associated with a one or two week rental.

5.  Payment Options
We will accept Visa or MasterCard for the $49 deposit fee to hold your reservation.  Under special circumstances we will accept money orders by mail or in person with management approval.  Please call for more details.
